client: person who wish to post their property on realethio website.

Realethio.com: is the website owned and managed by Masresha Fisseha.

Terms & Conditions:

1-create listing service is available for property owners only for the moment, and listing publishing will be subject to verification, assessment  and approval of the quality of the submitted information.

2-RealEthio.com has the right to refuse to post any property submitted through the website and  in this case the payment was done by the client to post the property the amount will be refunded .

3-any property was added by client will not published unless the deposit of the payment is done and an email sent to [email protected] which include attachment of the deposit slip and invoice number that was sent by email to the client attached received and confirmed by Realethio.com.

4- Realethio.com are entitled to change these terms and condition at any point in time as the business model is evolving.

5- by accepting these terms you inter into agreement with Masresha Fisseha Wolde the owner of the company that own and manage RealEthio.com website.
