Service charge: Well according to the Ethiopian rules and regulations real estate agents has the right to take service charge from tenants, buyers, and sellers, owners/landlords. So our charges depend on the kind of service we deliver so please contact the management for updated company service charge policy and procedure before getting any service.

How it works? We have plenty of options for each kind of property so, first please use our search options from the menu and select the properties you are interested in and send us an email with property IDs of the properties that you liked and we will get back to you with additional informations and schedule of visiting time accordingly. After the visit if you like to commute to an one of the properties then we will arrange an agreement document and arrange a time for signing. Once the agreement is singed then it will be our time to get paid according to our company service charge policy and procedure.
